Gosh, I didn't realize that I become that weak until today. I suppose help out my father to mow the front yard. Right after I get off work, I change my outfit, and get downstairs to get the lawn mower and enthusiastic about cutting the grass. Right after I finish 1/4 of the lawn, I felt extremely tired, and certainly I sweat a lot. I just have to take a 5 minutes break, and get myself a cold bottle of water. When I start again, I felt ache on my back and my muscle already. I hang on to finish half of the lawn, I just have to sit down again. Then my father came out saw me breathing. He told me get inside and take a shower, he will finish the rest of it. I just felt so bad, and I felt sorry for myself. Maybe I didn't exercise for too long. Now, I even try to help my father out, I just feel like useless.

Hi, kingparker. It know that this heat is really making others very fatigue and weak. That is what probably made you very tired. You are so nice for wanting to help your father out by cutting the grass. That was very generous of you to do this for him. I am sure that he appreciated you helping him. Don't feel bad because you could not finish cutting the grass. That happens so much when it is very hot outside. No person can stand that awful heat.

Yeah, especially during 5 P.M. at the afternoon. I did my best. What I angry about myself is that I can't even finish this simple task from the beginning til the end. I must have my father help me out at the end to finish the rest of it. I just getting mad at myself on that.

One time my grandmother used to get out and cut the grass. She was in her late 60s. Now, my uncle cuts it for her. And he does a really great job! I mean he does!. Don't feel bad at all that you can't help finish cutting the grass. It was not your fault at all. You did what you were able to handle. It was not your fault at all. Please don't worry yourself about this. If I was really hot and in pain, I know that I could not go any further with cutting the grass. Even around five in the evening, it is still monkey hot! If I have to ever cut grass, I will do so in the early morning hours and during the late evening, before it gets too dark.. Regardless, the heat is just so miserable now even if the sun is up or down.
