IS freebirdbux and memberbux Scam's ?

I have been scammed by Freebirdbux. I believe all the freebirdbux websites are total rip off and big scams, stay away from them. I reached 4 dollars at Freebirdbux and demanded payment but I was given an automated message that my account balance have not reached 4 dollars. This is weird, because I can see that there were more than 4 dollars in my account. Just one word, Stay Away from Freebirdbux and similar websites.

I am upgraded member of freebirdbux amd memberbux, both sites by same admin. I request a $10 and $7 payout from there but have not receive it yet after 7 days. Still waiting for responds or anything, sent a ticket.
