take a rest when your tired

when you work in front of computer for a long time, you must take a rest for a while and doing some straching for your body.this is good for our body health and to not make our body hard.relaxation and straching can help our body from something can be hurt.for our health. do you do that?

usually I use my laptop for 10-12 hours a day for multi task.I give a break for myself as soon as I get tired.I am aware of the consequence one might face setting on the chair for whole day..to prevent this every evening I go for a walk for 1 hour..this helps me to keep my mind and body active.

Really ermadear, we need a proper rest to get ourselves refreshed if we really feel tired. What we have been working hard with a saturated mind as well as blurred vision wouldn't get any fruitful harvest smoothly for sure. Therefore we should have a pause and have a proper rest. As what we know Rest could let us to move forward further more.
Thus I don't strain myself to work continuously if I feel really exhausted. If doing so it's sure that the work couldn't be done nicely. It's not wasting time solely. Work hard excessively would spoil our health as well. If come across such situation I usually would step into my mini vegetable garden and do some weeding and watch the lovely plants growing vigorously with their greenish leaves and beautiful blooming flowers. Or sometimes I throw myself on to the bed and enjoy some soft music until falling into sleep

hello....
well, i have been spending hours online in front of the computer and sometimes, this activity make me so tired not only my eyes but also my body feel quite pain. for frank, at first this is quite difficult to quit from the computer when we were fun with it but fortunately, i am a moslem that i have to pray for the time i should. so i have spare time to have a rest then. not to sleep, but just have drink, lay back, have something to eat, or watching television for a while. then i continue working on my computer. well, i think that may help me reducing boredom and tiredness working on a computer hoours...spending just a little of time relaxing my body to make me feel fresh again to move on..
