Daily work outs specially on gyms are really helpful to boost our immune system. Thus, it makes our body strong and develops muscle agility. It is one way also of releasing stress at work. It makes your body active and regains energy physically while doing certain body movements. It is bad for those with health problems. People with limited tolerance on physical movement.

I'm not an expert when it comes to exercise and physical fitness, what I know is very much limited regarding this topic. But to just add to your discussions, first is that I second the motion on what you stated about exercise and work out being a good boost to our immune system and makes us strong and healthy in general. That is why every health care professional recommends exercise as one of the intervention in improving our general health status and well being. However, we should take precautionary measures when we engage ourselves in extra physical activities such as daily work outs at home or in the gym. It is best if we consult a fitness instructor/guru about what exercise is good to our body type and what regimen is best that our body can tolerate. Exercising also requires stretching primarily before engaging in any strenuous level of work out so as not to shock our muscular system and let it prepare for what we are going to do. And cool down is necessary as well. Scheduling is likewise important in exercise. I once heard a gym instructor saying that it is not advisable to focus on the same part of the body everyday, you must let the muscle rest for at least 24 hours before working it out again so that it can heal or regain from the stress or workload you did on that certain body part. Thus with this concept is it advisable to exercise 3-4 times a week. Or in minimal amount of time when considering exercise on a daily basis such as 15-30 minutes per day only. So with this, I hope I've imparted an additional information on wok-out and exercise if you're planning of engaging yourself into it, Goodluck. And keep it up.

As i know their are different tipes of work out. their are some for people with good health, and other tipes of workouts for people with different problem. even if you are sick not moving at all only makes your illness wors, not better. their are some exeption in some final stage of the illness you simply just can do anything, ex. :cancer final stage, or cardio-respiratoric failure when you're combing your hair lives you gessping.
