What is the Best Way to lose weight?

I feel that dietary and lifestyle modification is the safest and most natural way to lose weight. Diet pills may work but the side effects are terrible. Bariatric Surgery (Surgical removal of the Gut to shorten absorption of nutrients) is too risky and complicated. Liposuction is unnatural with inherent risks too. Do you know of other methods that could help in weight reduction? Do you have any suggestions? Please share.

I think having a good diet, good lifestyle and exercise will do cause if you just have diet alone and you lose weight, what will happen next? You have to maintain it so it's better to have a healthy lifestyle.

i believe that the best way to lose weight is to have a healthy diet and a good exercise everyday..don't ever skip meals or else your health will be at risk..try to eat a heavy breakfast, a good lunch and a little meal in the evening..try not to have snacks..stay away from sweets and preservatives..also include fruits in your meals.. i hope this can help you.

The best way to lose weight? To be honest, I am also a memeber of looking for such a ideal method to get thin. Yes, diet pills, baritric surgegy and liposuction are all dangerous, although these methods are always effective for those people who are in need of weight loss. Hi, To lose weight, you can simply for for daily exercise and reduce the food portion that you consume everyday. Avoid those junk food,go for healthy food for the Day...eat more fruits and vegetables. Lately, I got to know from my friend about this slimming product from USA. It is a drink with dried plum. The drink comes with coffee and mocha flavour. I have lot of friends are drinking it and they have slim down few kilos(3-4kgs) after consuming for about 1 month. The product is LEPTIN. Hi incus99. Any surgery for that matter is risky business. The most risk free and effective method of losing weight is excercise combined with a proper diet plan. And having plenty of water or fliuds helps in loosing weight. It makes us feel full all the time. And have plenty of friuts with water like grape, watermelon(if available in your area)etc. Avoiding fast foods, fried and oily foods as well and including fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet will work wonders for the body.
