Do you feel charged up and fresh when you wake up or do you feel more tired than you were before going to sleep. In many cases, I feel more tired after a long sleep, but if I don't sleep enough then I will have a headache all day long. How about you? Do you have these types of problems? Or a sleep always charge you up?

I don't know why is this happening. There are times when I only sleep a few hours and feel very fresh, and there are times when I sleep a lot but feel very tired. The funny thing is, that when I sleep just a few hours usually I have a headache all day long, but still there are occasions that a few hours are enough. And when I take a sleep during daytime I have to sleep at least 2-3 hours for a good recovery. If I sleep just an hour or so I feel dizzy and like a sick person all day long. It is funny, isn't it?

I usually feel really tired when I first wake up. It's not until a few hours later that I actually feel charged up and ready to go. I feel even worse after an afternoon nap. Naps are supposed to take away that tired feeling, right? Yeah... never works for me. When I get up from a nap I'm usually more tired than I was before.

Hi, For me, As long as I have enough sleep at night, no disturbance, then I will feel fresh on the next day. Sometimes, I may have a busy day for wholeday, then at night I will have a very good sleep and the next morning, I still look fresh. At night,it is essential to have a sleep for at least 7-8hours. Sleep for too long may make our body feel tired and moody. I seldom sleep for too late, more than 12 hours. Sometimes, it might even have a headache if were to sleep for too long.

It really depends on the circumstances that I wake up to be honest with you. I mean, if I wake up on my own, then a lot of the time I am ready to go. I am refreshed and ready to take on what the day has. It might take a bit of time to gear up but really, you'll have that and I am ready to go a lot sooner than I might have otherwise if I woke up on my own terms. However, if someone wakes me up, whether it be another person or that accursed alarm clock, then I feel tired. It takes me forever to get going in the morning. I am almost sleepwalking in some kind of zombie like state where I can barely move. It can be very humbling to say the least. It is something that I need to shake off. It can take forever to get going.

Depends on the number of hours of sleep I get. Unlike you, after a long sleep, I will feel refresh. But if I get les than 7 hours, I will wake up wondering why the time passes so fast.

I'm used to not sleeping enough. I take short naps during the day or I will not be able to move/get up. When I do wake up at first I don't feel very good usually so I go back and sleep another hour or two then I will wake up and feel refreshed and ready to do anything, usually ready to eat :P

Usually, I only have four to five hours of sleep espcially during weekdays. So whenever I sleep for more than five hours, I would still feel more sleepy when I wake up at times. If I get more than 5 hours of sleep in, say 2 or 3 consecutive days, I would feel really charged up when I wake up the next day. Probably because my body's already well rested.

Sleeping always charge me up just in case I slept enough. If I did not sleep enough, I feel tired, and sometimes more tired than if I did not sleep at all. Sometimes when I know I will sleep only for a couple of hours, I prefer not to sleep at all to keep my self up.
