For the government, money comes from taxes; taxes come from a lot of people who don't have much money. Spend that money wisely.

Say it from the top of world, so that all those who run the governments shall hear. The problems we are facing today is mostly due to reckless spending by government without a thought and uneconomic expenses, wasteful expenditure, expenditure that doesnot contribute to the growth of economy.
