career or family, which one is more important in ur life?

some people are losers in their career but take delight in a happy family. while others are successful in their life but lose the pleasure of life. how do u balance the two things?

Family, of course. Careers can come and go, and while they are also important, nothing in the world is worth more than your family. At least this is the way I see it, and always have!

i quite agree with you. we can choose another job when we lose it, but if we didn't cherish our family, god will never give you the second chance to get them back. what's more, a happy family will be a great help in your career. so if it is at an emergency moment that i have to make a choice between career and family, i will choose...

They are important in different ways, not in the degrees of importance. I'll feel happy only if they are balanced in my life.

i need both. i work for the people i love and the people i love value my work. it's that simple for me. i think however, i will be happy to be given the option not to work but since i love spending time with my family and i want more dynamic experiences with them that require some spending, it's fine that for both aspects i win some and lose some.
