Here in our country men have an ego of not showing if he cries. Many men hiding there true feeling about any given situation, and some says it a sign of weakness if they saw you crying. But for me crying is not a sign of weaknesses or something, and it cannot less your personality when somebody sees you crying. And for me crying is showing others what you really feels in any given situation. So for me Men also cries...

I agree, crying is not a sign of weakness. Crying is just one way your feelings are dealt with. Men should be allowed to feel grief and loss and even joy (all things that could bring tears). It doesn't make them weak. It makes them human.
I should say that I don't think you have to cry to be human. Some people naturally don't cry when they're moved. But, no one who is moved to tears over anything that warrants tears should feel that they're wrong or weak.
There's a quote I heard on one of my favorite tv shows that says my feelings of tears. It comes from Washington Irving: “There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness but of power. They are messengers of overwhelming grief and of unspeakable love.”

well it depends on context really crying or showing tiredness in workplaces is a sign of weakness. And believe me these day to get a job you have to have a pretty huge ego. Crying is a sign of letting things go out and letting all your emotion out. Men cry but not so much in public.
