i recently read an article where i noticed that as humans continues to grow our brain cells continue to die and they do not replenish so we tend to loose most of our learning capability. As our age increases our brain nerve cells die and so do our learning capability, that's why some old people has less hearing power or lost memory as they continue to grow old. Is there any way that will help retain my nerve cells to longer time, what are the possibilities of some drugs that these doctors give for improving memory and some recreational exercise, some yoga and lots of running. what you think on this, how will you retain your memory till you dies, i don't want to die lying on bed knowing nothing for what i did and what i am doing.

There are many people live to 90 years old and still active. Though they may not remember all of their life but they still remember the most memorable things happening in their life. So I think become physically active and use our brain often will help. Just like the examples you gave in you post, I believe those things help us in retaining our memory if not in full. Cheers
