free will or destined?

What or who decides our fate? Do you believe that it is you who control your destiny or you believe that it is God/chance/universe decides on what will happen to you?

Combine the two without mentioning something about god. Do what you must at your best, and if fate bring otherwise, accept it. That way, you follow both and in the end, you are not to be blamed. Bwa ha ha ha!
