Elena Kagan tied to Obama's birth certificate

It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? WASHINGTON - JUNE 29: U.S. Supreme Court Justice nominee Elena Kagan answers questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee on the second day of her confirmation hearings on Capitol Hill June 29, 2010 in Washington, DC. Kagan is U.S. President Barack Obama's second Supreme Court nominee since taking office. (Photo by Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images) Just when you thought there couldn't be any more players in the ongoing soap opera over the hunt for President Obama's original birth certificate and his constitutional eligibility for office, there comes yet another name: Elena Kagan. Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House. Here's the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year. In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court. A simple search of the high court's own website reveals Kagan's name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues The fact Kagan handled these cases and is now Obama's first choice for the high court is raising some eyebrows. "She was the solicitor general for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural-born citizenship," notes WND reader Carl Jorgensen of Farmingdale, N.J. "He owes her big time." "All of the requests were denied of course," Jorgensen continued. "They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world. God help and deliver us." http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=187797 Do you think there could be the slightest possibility that Kagan's appointment could be Obama's way of thanking her for "services rendered". One thing I will say about our president he never seems to not forget to show a helping hand to anyone who has supported his nefarious dealings.

So, if the accusation is that she was intentionally denying eligibility cases as solicitor general, how would it be smart for Obama to nominate her for the Supreme Court? Who would intentionally deny future eligibility cases if she's not there? It's not like these cases will stop now that she's no longer guarding the gate.

It must be awful living in the dream world that some folks choose to live in. Every ruling that I've read regarding these waste of time lawsuits have been reasonable and according to the law. You can make all the outrageous claims you like about the *power* of law clerks and such but, keep in mind, that when the bench issues a ruling it becomes part of the public record for all to see. If you would like to cite some specific parts of previous rulings regarding these frivolous lawsuits that are not well thought out and reasonable...please feel free to enlighten us.

There's always another person to "buy" off or threaten. Even Judge David Carter, whose stalwart promise to hear an eligibility case on the merits, was "quieted" by the installation of one of O's lawyer Robert Bauer's minions as his "law clerk". Suddenly, the promise of loss of Federal Judgeship became very clear. Kagan is a criminal herself, having tampered with evidence re partial birth abortion she gave the SC, refusing to investigate or prosecute re the evidence of O's 29 Social Security numbers she had before her, as well as insuring no eligibility case before her as "soliciter general" would ever be heard.

It is no coincidence that Kagan's name appears on at least nine of the eligibility lawsuits denied hearing. Terry Lakin is a hero; he and all of the military have a duty only to the Constitution, and must serve a valid, Constitutional commander-in-chief. They lose their protection under the Geneva Convention treaties if he is not legitimate. None of the lawsuits is "frivoulous" and everyone in this country has standing to know who this man is, as he has already declared himself a dual-national, never to be eligible for the position of president.

I can't speak to whether or not it's a conspiracyesque plot. But as far as a President rewarding someone with a position due to services rendered -- hell to the yes! That's what Washington is all about. You scratch my back, I'll pay somebody to rub your stankfeets. I don't know if things like these--the cronyism and back-scratching promotions in general--are more severe with Obama than other Presidents. But I do know for 100% fact that the majority of mainstream media outright ignores anything to do with Obama if can be even slightly twisted as negative or, if they're forced to run with it, they'll spin it as kosher because of Bush and the whole politics as usual crap.

IMO it just seems more severe with Obama because he has so many of his rather "iffy" friends in official positions.

Oh, on an ideological standpoint, I agree with you 100%! Because of what these people believe in, it seems WAY worse per the way you and I probably feel America should operate. I don't want those damn dirty commies around. em]rasp[/em] I was just talking about friends promoting friends and others getting promoted if they "help" in any way. For that, they're all guilty. But at least Bush's guys weren't tryin' to turn America into Cuba.

Yes, he is good that way. He knows how to thank the right people. I am really disappointed in Christians who voted for Obama. Intelligent people, even with very little research, could see what he was all about. Thus, when he does this sort of thing, rewarding his cronies, they should never be shocked.

You presume to judge other Christians? Isn't there something in the Bible about that being a no no (asks the nice Catholic girl)?

The man who is not our "president" has paid a fellow criminal big time for keeping his legitimacy lawsuits unheard. Of course, this is beyond evil and our corrupt Congress again endorses and confirms it. A few days ago, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit with the SCOTUS to have Kagan disbarred for misrepresenting and changing evidence submitted to them by doctors re partial-birth abortion. That is why evil Harry Reid rammed through this vote also. She is against everything America and our Constitution stand for and certainly belongs in jail, complicit in O's treason, among other things, hardly on the SCOTUS. In addition to all of your above-referenced information, she, as solicitor general, was given evidence of the 29 or so Social Security numbers illegal O is illegally using, and refused to investigate or prosecute. Dear God, this is so disgustingly shameful. How much manure will have to be piled on before the American people rise up and demand truth, honesty, and the removal of these criminal traitors? How much longer will we be ignored and enslaved till he delivers the coup-de-grace in face of fools allowing his lawlessness?

I hate to to break it to you but he most certainly IS our President. Get over it, already! Also, just because you don't like or agree with someone doesn't make him or her "evil". I doubt that Justice Kagan would have voted for Citizens United! Annie

course it does annie. it also makes somebody the anti-christ, an usurper, a traitor, a commie, a fascist, a muslim, a dictator, and an evil mutant alien. how can you not see this? why won't people just open their eyes? for example i happen to dislike a woman i once worked with and she is ALL of these things. and ignorant. the last one is true. i can see this because i am not blinded by propaganda. the fact that nobody else liked her either so there wasn't any propaganda is beside the point.

Rose, Once again you are on point. Thank you for the truth and wisdom you display. It is my hope and prayer that Terry Lakin will be exonerated and that the usurper will be tried for treason. For all concerned, Scripture says "Woe to those who call good evil and evil good". It is certainly appros re the crucible in which America now finds itself.
