Religion- Isn't it your right to chose?

I just read a really troubling news.. a Malaysian woman actually has to go to court to change her religion. Just because she's Muslim, and she wants to convert to Hinduism, she has to do so... and she was declined to do that!! I may be making a lot of people upset about this discussion, but I feel that you are the one that can choose your religion and not your country or whatever ruling. If you were forced into a religion, what's the point? You don't have any faith in it, and you just states you are, but what does that mean when you don't follow the faith? I don't know what's the point of this but I think it's against human rights to do this to anyone! Well what else can you expect from countries with such poor human rights. There is nothing much we can do. Although I agree that you should have the right to say what religion you want to follow. It makes no sense to force someone because they won't actually believe what you force them to believe. Some people are just nutters :(

I know! It's just sad that the government can rule human rights like that.. It's violating a human choice!

Aren't you glad you don't live in a country that has no human rights. That's exactly what it is!
