I thought that was very funny. For Gloria thinking she had a high class place she certainly let Abby drag it into the gutter with no attempt to stop her. In fact Gloria seemed pleased with Abby's striptease and drunken behavior. But then Gloria has never shown any class herself.

I so wish we didn't lose Y&R. It's been gone about 2 years now and I still miss it. Who is Abby...please don't say she is Ashleigh's daughter. She was a preschooler when I last watched.

Yeah, Gloria wanted publicity and that's something Abby is great at providing. Plenty of high class places would love to have Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan stop by, even if their behavior was disruptive. As long as Abby is a Newman heiress (heck, maybe just being a Newman is enough...Adam is still prospering due to his last name), doors will be open to her. Incidentally, I thought Abby was mainly pretending to be drunk, especially when she let Ashley have it after being confronted. That seems to be in line with what she was saying to Daniel earlier.
