i once took money from my sis to buy cakes when i was just a kid. she always saved her money and i would spend mine on cakes. so as not to feel guilty i would share my cakes with her but eventually got caught because she used to count her money.

Hey Prisca Hope you dont publish this in a local newspaper here! Yes, I stole some money from my dad's pocket when I was at school. I had been an addict of eating chocolates and here was the first day after the long summer vacation. I was in need of some money to buy me one bar. But Dad had said that it was the first day and he would drop me and pick me up at lunch break. This meant that I was to go without my pocket money which was given on a daily basis. So I asked my mom for some which she refused telling that I didnt need any money. As they say when you are in desperate need of something "Beg borrow or steal" - I realised that steal was the only option left for me coz my banker in such situations - my grandpa - was not in town. That was the first and last time that I had to steal some money. I still remember that there were many currency notes in dad's wallet but I had taken out a 5 Rupee note only - to fulfill my needs. Later some 6 years later, I told this to my dad and he was kind of happy that I did not take anything beyond my needs.

Hi! I think, I would steal some coins from my Mom's purse for a chocolate, when I was too young to understand what 'stealing' means. However, once I was caught and scolded and thereafter I became aware what is stealing and now I do not attempt it.

I have never stolen anything because I had it drummed into me since I was a small child how wrong it is to take something that doesn’t belong to you. It is a good thing to have been taught considering that my parents had now idea how to bring up kids and did a lousy job in every other aspect! I am glad that I was instilled with that value though, even today if I took anything that was not mine the guilt would eat me up!

I used to steal from anybody when I was small but I've outgrown those sorts of activities. I used to get all the time lol... the sweet shop, parent's credit card and more... I can't really remember any particular times when I stole because it was like this hobby I had. Don't worry though you can still invite me to your house I don't do that any more that was me around 7 to 10 years old. lol 4 years of fun :D

No but i know fiends that stole from local shops and got caught. They were sent to a local jail and released shortly after. It will be on their records now which is a shame as once someone gets caught stealing once they have a harder time getting a job or even going back to the place they stole from. Its a real shame people steal and it should never be done under any circumstance other than feeding your starving family.
