ever heard of Dropshipping Wholesalers?

i saw the site Dropshipping Wholesalers at Neobux. it's a memebership site where you pay a certain fee to be able to access the list of wholesalers of brand name products. has anyone here a member of this site? just wanted to find out if this is legit. thanks
