I have a problem with the capcha

I cannot login at linkgrand (asite I´ve been amember for years) because it shows no capcha but asks for one. I suspect it is my computer but don´t know how to fix it. Do any of you know how to fix this problem? This is one of my legit sites for sure and I´m even verified member so I´m losing more money. I cannot ask them anything either as it also asks for the capcha to send a support letter. Help!
