Soliciting? huh?

So I just got a notification that my discussion was removed because I was letting folks know that there was a coupon for a national big box store that would get them a free item in store w/ a coupon located on the big box store's site. Now how is that soliciting? It was under the freebie interest... I am not profiting from that post! it's not a referral of any kind? I'm not promoting the store, it's just where the coupon is valid at. Most big box stores will match the ads of other stores but not their coupons.
I guess I'm just asking for some clarification on the deletion. Why delete this one?

3snugglebunnies my friends all oneupsmanshipped me here so all I can
say is that mylot admins will listen to you if you feel that that
'was unfair, and I think it was too, so hit contact roll down the menu '
till other and tell them how you feel. They really do respond to as I had complained about losing a comment to a comment and they explained my comment was fine, but since the one under was not it was deleted and my comment by itself made no sense. the response to my discussion was an u gly oh My God, and like myself, mylot admins told the responder it added nothing to my response so it was deleted and mine with it. I was dumb enough to comment angrily on the response which I should have left well enough alone as mylot admins these days is really on the ball.

Honestly I know some of my MyLot pals all are just getting by and thought why not share? If I knew you and a few others personally outside of mylot then I would of shared it that way but whatever.
It sounds like your post was deleted by circumstance not an actual violation. I had contacted them before about something else and was never sent a response so would that do any good?

If you contact them about something that is already answered in the FAQS then it is probable that they will not respond.
If you need clarification about something else then they usually do.

I personally think that there are some times that discussions are deleted in error. I know I started a discussion back in April about what people's goals for things to do in the next 30 years of their lives were and because of the fact that I mentioned that I thought of the discussion because it was my 30th birthday, the discussion was labeled as having promoted a milestone. I think that there are times that people just miss what is obvious.
