What Makes Us Happy ?

Simple things in life and the love i get each day, makes me very happy. TATA.

What really makes me happy in a internal peace, where you are away from harsh criticism, from envious people, from the bad news. To feel relax is my way of happiness. I am happy when I am at home sleeping and eating the right food. I am happy with my family being there with me, there is no argument at home, there is no misunderstanding, only happy thoughts. i want to have freedom, freedom to do what I want to do like going out of the metro, having a vacation even for a week. Going to the beach, forget about the problems at home and at work. Just me and my soul. that is an internal happiness for me.

I think that happiness can be easily reached, It's just that people have different standards of satisfaction, Those people who are happy are satisfied with their life no matter how poor or how rich they are, people like this usually are happy with simple things like being with their family. having children and all, some people need a lot of money just to be happy. A big house, beautiful clothes and stuff. I guess there is nothing wrong with all of that, I just think that we shouldn't always rely on them because if we don't get what we want. we will not be happy.

Im happy when I know I'm being blessed by God everyday, that he never forgets me and that a lot of people love me. My life is never perfect, it has a lot of ups and downs but thinking positively makes me forget the downs and just be happy everyday.

Well, happiness comes from ones heart. I may be happy because of finding something I want, earning something I deserve, ... etc. It's simple to be happy, also same simple to be unhappy, depends on whether you know satisfaction.

happiness is the meaning of life to live for...it's easy to think how to be happy, but it is so hard to feel it if you don't have it in your heart.peace of mind and contentment of what you have could maybe define real happiness.to laugh, smile could never be the real meaning of happiness.

There are many things that make me happy. Those things are very simple ones. Those that I can afford to. But the best that makes me happy is my wonderful family who loves me unconditionally.

I am happy when my family is in good health and they have good provision for everything they needed. When we are all together supporting each other. When I have a good job and love to do it, those are things that make me happy.

Well im happy when im with my boyfriend, just his smile lights up my day. I guess happiness is those little things in life we enjoy. You can be sucessful and be miserable. Sometimes those people that have less things in life are those that are the happiest.
