NetSpend for 20 bucks!!!

I heard that Netspend has this thing where if you refer people to get a netspend account, you and that person BOTH get $20. I heard Netspend was like a visa card that you apply for for free and you start an account like Paypal.

i heard abt netspend in a blog they have very good concept but it is only for US people hope it is open for worldwide
