Question regarding paypal...Should I upgrade to premier?

Hi,
I have a verified paypal account. I would like to know if it is better to upgrade to premier. What are the extra charges we have to pay for that? I mean for receiving money. I am working on few projects and I will receive money through paypal. Is it ok if I keep it as personal account or upgrade to premier?

I think it's free to upgrade your account in paypal. I have already to be premier account since the first time I registered in paypal. It's free as well. I read before decided to choose account. I thought nothing to lose if I chose premier type account from the first time instead of upgrade it later. So, upgrade your account for free immediately and enjoy the benefits.
