Scientist to a longer life

It seems like science and research are busy these years. I have read a news about scientists and researchers very busy on new promising approaches to cell regeneration. can't wait to read more of these promising approaches for cell regeneration. hope it will help the people soon. =)

I hope it would really help us in the coming years. In the meantime, there are other steps you can take to increase your odds of leading a long and healthy life. A couple years ago, one National Geographic writer looked at several communities around the world with the highest amount of people living to 100 or older and found that it may all depend on fundamental things like leaving a little food over at the end of each meal and being part of a close-knit community of friends and family. They have been working on a lot of things to help life as we know it, but testing takes time. So some day i hope there are remedies for most all of these diseases that accompany people today.
