the question mark usually appears when a parameter is passed onto another page, i.e. information from a form. Can you tell me which page are you looking at when these characters appear?

It's better to install anti virus and update it with the latest version of its viruses database instead of formatting it. You may try to install anti virus that you may download them for free from the internet. My favorite is softpedia (www.softpedia.com). You may install free anti virus or trial one.

Hello frisky..... This is not virus problem, this sysmbol "?0" is the part of URL you are accessing. It will not change as it is the part of the address you are trying to access from the internet. Dont worry, have a nice day......
