Ideas on different ways to cook sausages...Anyone?

I get tired of cooking sausages in the ways that Ido so I'm looking for ideas on how to do them differently than I already do. I currently do the "normal" grilled/fried in a pan or griller, curried sausages & a sausage casserole with a tomato base/sauce. Do you have any different ways that I could possibly try? How do you cook your sausages?

I love sausages! They're one of the best things man has ever created, I think! LOL! Here are some ways I have experimented with sausages. 1. Dice the sausages up and put them in a pasta dish. They will be the main meat of the dish. 2. Chop them up real well and use it for omelet. 3. Chop them into little cubes and put them in chinese fried rice. 4. One time I tried putting it in sushi. I sliced them into strips and fried them first. Rolled it up with nothing else but the rice and of course the nori. It was good, to my surprise. 5. Roll it up in a chicken fillet. Pound the chicken fillet first. Lay a square of ham and cheese on the chicken fillet. Slice the sausage into strips and arrange some along one edge of the ham and roll it up. Secure with toothpick. You can bake that or fry it. Enjoy!

I use sausages a few different ways. 1. Chop them up and add to scrambled eggs. 2. Chop and add to potatoes and fry the whole thing with some onions and tomatoes. 3. Slice into rounds and add to a simple cabbage or potato soup. 4. Make cabbage rolls with sausage filling. 5. Sausage potstickers. Hope that helps!

I like to make mac'n cheese using ramen noodle (chicken) w/ sausage. That's a hit around here w/ my kids. Only sometimes I use the lil cocktail sausages in it cut up, but they give me heart burn *sigh* My hubby loves to fry them up and dice them and use them as filling for his awsome omelets he makes.

I like to make Italian sausage with cannelloni beans and spinach. Slice pork sausages and mix with baked beans or black beans and a can of Rotel.

Well, I love sausages too but I have never thought of anyway of cooking it except for grilled. I love it grilled cause the flavor it still there and there's something about the smoke that makes it more delicious.
