Do you avoid houses with pets?

I don't avoid houses with pets. I love pets specially dogs. What i don't like is when they allow their pets to enter their house. I think pets should stay outside. You just have to provide them with a shelter. Even if you bathe them everyday, dogs will still have that distinct "dog smell". I don't want to live in a house that have the same smell as your pet.

I don't really avoid them. I really do enjoy pets. The only pet that I'm careful with are cats, as I have terrible allergies to cats, unfortunately. Animals don't really bother me. I love them actually.

For me it is better to have pets in our house because animals also needs someone who will take good care of themselves. Aside form that they need to belong to family whom they will trust and give in return affection by playing with us every time we feel tired or unhappy.And most of all they will provide as immunity to allergies because the more you are exposed to them basically your body immune system will also increase.

Hi, lulu1220. No. I will still go to houses that have pets. Mostly the peoples houses that I know of, keep their dogs outside. Not inside of the house. I suggest that you avoid going to houses that have pets.

Hi, For me, I also don't like pets(dog,cat,etc),so I can say that I am not a pet lover. However,it does not mean I will avoid going to my friends/ relatives house which has a pet. I will still visit them,but I will make sure their pets are keep well in the cage before I enter their house. I am very scared of dog and cat.

Hey lulu, True that when you are allergic, the animals at home can add to the pain. Personally, If I had a choice, I would definitely avoid getting into houses that have pets. Not that I am allergic or hate animals, but it is more because of the fact that I too had a large number of pets when i was with my parents and they could afford. it was a pain seeing them die or just move away and maybe the shadows of the past have made me this way. I have a lot of affection for pets but this attachment at end gives me more pain than pleasure

I don't really have allergies when it comes to house pets so i don't really avoid houses with pets. Only some with those big dogs or wildcats and the like. Lol.
