My siblings and I went out for dinner

We dined out and we went to Banapple in Tomas Morato Street. I ordered a baked pasta. The server gave me ginger bread to complement my order.I loved it.It was so good.I could help some more.It has melted cheese that oozes at the middle.Yummy.

That is so nice that you had a dinner out with your siblings. I would like also to threat my brother but I dont have enough budget for now. But I am just curious with the ginger bread you mentioned. I just could not imagine how it has been done. Does it made out of ginger? or what? and why it called ginger bread.
