Do you agree with me saing that old times were beautiful...i mean, people who lived some 50-60 years back were luckier than today.....is it? i would like to say "yes"....just coz of many reasons like, technolgy might have gone up a bit....but world is polluted and it is not fresh like before...now a day's everything is becoming artificial.....recently, i heard about one new product in some magzine saying about a product called "Echo Unit" it is just a small box with batteries and switches and all....if we "ON" that, we can hear to the birds singing, sound of water flow ...with also one cool air blower....and all......so, if people want to concentrate on anything serious, or if they feel like meditating or doing yoga and all (hope you are aware of yoga),they just have to switch it on and sit anywhere.....it makes them sitting in a mountain itseems with artifical blower, birds singing and all sorts of things...now, when such products are introduced here, things are becoming artificial day by day....only those who lived in those years used to get such things naturally....it doesn't meen that we don't get such places now...but it is not like before........everything is changing...even people ....pollution....now, don't you think so....please give me your views....

Yes in hundred different ways, old time was much much better w.r.t. relationship with family members, family atmosphere, general level of non-polluted atmosphere, calm, serenity, human values. In the present situation, the earnings, amenties, communications all are at peak efficiency.

Rightly said, even people are looking artificial these day's as they are all of selfish characters these day's and we do feel bad for that and old day's peopel were not selfish as this time isn't it? maybe only one thing is god than older time is technology...otherwsie, internet wouldn't have happened isn't it? even this at the cost of old times is not acceptable for many..... Anyway's, thanks for responding

Everything in life has a price to be paid for. For example, these days, if you are seriously ill they can save your life so you can carry on living a healthy life, things they couldn't do 50-60 years ago. But then again, technology wasn't that advanced then, so the world wasn't that polluted either. You can't have your cake and eat it as they say here, there is always a price to pay for 'luxuries'. Even though, we think that getting healthy again isn't a luxury.

I really doubt about serious illness in those day's...those day's diseases were very less compard to this age....when al sorts of pollution comes, even disease wil also incraese....isn't it? maybe at those times people were happy aiwthout any major health problem coz of the fresh surroundings....then, as you said, everything in life has a price to be paid for...we don't get anything free....so, maybe we are getting all these new technology things at thecost of atmosphere, disease ...but my question is, doing you like to be in that age...or this age...which one do you like?

I think past times were very beautiful. I often find myself wishing I were in another time period. Not just 50-60 years ago, I mean way back. I guess my personality and interests are just suited to it. I don't like the rush of the city, the noise, the pollution. And I want a little excitment. I know, I know, times were very different and work was very hard. I know there were no electronics or a lot of the technology that we take for granted today. Still, I can't help but want to live in another time period...

Oh...your thinking is just like me....thanks for your comments.....you are talking exactly on my lots...today sitting in this advanced world we are missing all the past beautiful things...as you said, in those day's it was more of hard work and nt like these day's where human being is working less and earning more and more.....life has become very artficial..isn't it?...to overcome this, once in a while i go to far away urban places which are not developed much and we also get to see more of greenary and all...
