When nature strikes back....

Global warming is worsening because of man's neglect for nature. We are abusing our natural resources without giving it time to regenerate. We are destroying the world ourselves. If we don't stop this nature will surely strike back. The scenes on the movie "The Day after Tomorrow" is not really far from reality. Natural calamities like floods, storms and earthquakes are worsening around the world. We are now reaping the fruits of our greed and modernization that made us overlook its impact on nature and its possible implication on our daily lives. But we can halt this from happening if we all participate in saving the environment even with the simplest things like waste segregation and tree planting in our community. Let's not wait for nature to strike back. Protect the environment, save the earth!

I think that it does illustrate the fact that eventually humanity in general are going to pay for our actions. Maybe not this year, but eventually. Then again, with the strange and unexplained weather, one can argue that its already began. Even those are not part of the problem, could be effected and all need to step it up, if we want to see the future.
