Does Evil forces causes all works of misery in our lives or is it God's plan?

As we are living in this New Generation or Modern Age of high tech. living . Do you still believe that evil forces are causing misery ,chaos, and misfortune to our people. Especially in crimes committed by any country,in wars, abduction, rape, bombing, kidnap for ransom, government or private scam, etc. Since time immemorial some of these things existed even in our bible. Or it is caused by our sick cultural society as a prime factor behind all these culprit.

I think that the Devil causes bad things to happen because he is evil and God is good. God doesn't want bad things to happen to us, but we live in a fallen world because of sin and the Devil is behind all the evil in the world because he is the prince of this world because it's fallen because of what Eve did.

I don't believe in evil forces myself. I think we, humans, make life bad for ourselves. All the things you have mentioned such as wars, abduction, rape, kidnap, etc are all because of bad people or greedy people. No, I don't think it is God's plan either. Society....yes, upto a point. But not entirely. I blame the bad people.
