Damn, i can't sleep early. :-(

i can't sleep early - maybe i should sleep like this

it seems that i had trouble sleeping early recently. I told you about my plan to have my requirements complete first. and one of them now is my NBI clearance, but i woke up early too late since the giving of card number starts at seven in the morning and the line up of the applicants starts around three in the morning. So, what i did is that do things that would make me tired for sure but i slept a little bit this afternoon because i couldn't keep my eyes clothes while I am in the middle of my hand laundry. i don't know if i could make it this time..i hope so.

try to relax i think your stress sometimes we can't sleep well if your burnout. Try to do some catnap.

It's the same symptom with me. I hardly sleep early. I want to go to bed soon that when i reached in bed i don't feel sleepy. So i can't go to bed before 2am. And i wake up late in the morning. Some time i also miss every first class in college. I mostly get scoldings from my subject teachers. My bf have the same habit as well. But i do utilize those time for a better way. I do study or else i chat online with friends. Share our views and experiences online.

Hello Hotwheels, I only go to bed when my eyes can't keep open up anymore,and i would feel this around one to two in the morning. well, it's really hard to be awake when you are at least beyond nine in the evening. i believe making me think a lot in mylot also gives me a reason to feel asleep, like right now.

hi letran I am so sorry you missed your NBI clearance but you will make the next one. You must get some sleep or you will burn out for sure. TRy not to watch exciting stuff on tv before bed time and also listen to some soft calming music, not heavy metal or any thing grating on the ear.

Hello hatley, well, i made a follow up but i had to sleep four hours because i really couldn't sleep around eight in the morning. oh, i don't think i can listen to music while trying to sleep, it makes me think things, when it's supposed to help me relax and not think at all but sleep. sailor, it's like a police or law enforcement clearance before you enter a company just to make sure you don't have criminal record. am sure you have the same requirement in India.

You may have to look into training yourself to go to bed earlier over time otherwise you will be very tired if ever start work. Lack of sleep can bring on health problems, besides it is not nice to feel terrible because of it! Try some of the suggestions offered here; a warm bath before bed does wonders for me! Take care of yourself...

Hello paula, It wasn't easy at all, i didn't think it would be this hard though. i might try tonight if i don't get distracted by mylotting anyways. i do use warm bath and also drink water or milk before going to bed. thank you for your concern.have a great day.

I'm having the same problem. I can't sleep early and if i tried to sleep, I just get tired from closing my eyes. This are some of the things I've learned to aid you in sleeping: Don't sleep in the afternoon, don't drink coffee before you sleep, you can also listen to a relaxing music, or read a very boring book, make sure you are in a darkened room, and make sure that you are very comfortable, drinking milk before sleeping also helps. Hello Ren, I tried not sleeping in the afternoon, but maybe drinking coffee at that time really prevent from sleeping. i guess i should have drink milk instead. but most of the time i couldn't help it though. i will try to stop drinking coffee in the afternoon.

That's my problem too. Having insomnia makes my life more stressful. I've been busy doing a lot of things but at the end of the day, I can't sleep early and have enough rest...

Hello deity, it's not easy having this kind of problem. last night i slept around late in the morning at least 3am. i don't know, probably because i sleep in the afternoon yesterday.

Your body clock still have trouble adjusting to your new schedule I think you are doing the right thing. Making yourself tired so that you would be able to fall asleep earlier than usual. And hey, maybe your stressed out about something. Thinking too much about your requirements? I wish you luck. Getting an NBI clearance sure isn't an easy task. Take care, friend

Hello Raine, well, i renewed it but the trouble is that i got a person who has the same name as i am, so i will have to wait for ten days to come back and reclaim my NBI again. that's because i don't want to rush when am asked of requirements, i want to be ready once i get employed.

hello! i feel you you're not the only one who are experiencing that. personally i have this problem too. someone told me about going to a doctor to have some check up. sleeping too late is not good according to her. i guess she's right. have you tried going to a doctor?

Hello kyel, No, hell No. if i could do it myself then why not. although the first night wasnt the easiest but i was able to pull it off by sleeping around eleven or twelve in the morning.

Sometime, if you start a week or a month sleeping late your sleeping pattern will change, instead your body will adopt to the time you are actually most active. In this case, you are awake most at night time.
