Can you give up your lover after cohabitation for 2 years?

Sorry I am in situation mentioned in title. I am some traditional and can‘t give up even though I want to give up for unmatched characters.I can't endure the self blame for hurting her if giving up. I cry for some advices. Thanks!

u should try to save cohabitation ,this is duty of both side ,both side should understand each other ,this will be good for all
