Im looking for a place to live

My husband retired last April at the age of 52. We dont have children and I still work online so it means I could live just about anywhere as long as they have high speed internet.
I watch the news and pay attention to what goes on in other countries. Im sorry to say but the USA is out as they get too many natural disasters. I live about 45 mins from Montreal, Quebec, Canada in a small town. We are also getting bad weather here lately.
Ive noticed that we dont hear much about Switzerland. They are a neutral country, they dont seem to have any disasters happening.
Would you know of a nice country to live in? One where I can live in peace and quiet.

Internet has become the information highway now, and one can keep in touch with all the latest developments around the world. People also spend a lot of time working online to make some extra income. Some also make huge businesses online and make a lot of money.
I live in Canada too, in BC. Yes, the weather this year is pretty unusual !

Why do you want to move? I think Canada is a good country to live in and it fit your requirement of quietness and peace. The best advantage of Canada is it has a pretty large territory with a relativity low population! Compared with my crowded China, I believe it is a heaven!

My cousin went to China on a trip last year and she enjoyed it a lot. She said she wouldnt live there though. You're right, you are very crowded and we're not used to that here.
Yes I know its nice here and I shouldnt complain. I thought that maybe a bit of change would be nice too.

Well as one here.. Kerala is like God's own Country on EARTH. i bet u come here and u wont hate ur decision.. kerala is one of the best tourist places and aslo crowded with tourist all over the world.. aand u will get a flat easily ..
Come to INDIA.. and u will neva look back and enjoy ur life forward :)

As I said earlier, I'll search for it and look into it.
I'll need to find out if theres high speed internet and if there are good hospitals there also.
