Would you date a client?

I am a freelance professional and having a new project is a great opportunity for me. There is this supposed client who called me and initially told me about a new project he wants me to do for him. But before he would talk to me about the business, he wants to have lunch with me first and get to know me personally. He seems to like me, based on the way he talks. He said he likes my voice, and probably saw my picture, too. I really don't like mixing my personal and professional lives, so, this is really troublesome for me. Also, I have been sexually harassed verbally and physically in the past, that's why I am more scared than being careful on meeting new people especially guys. I honestly don't know how to deal men in situations like this. How about you, what would you do in situations like this? I also want to know the guy's perspective. What do really men want when they act and say things like this to women?

Personally I would keep business and pleasure separate always. As you must know that when things do not work out you now have the burden of a bad business relationship and things will be difficult to deal with.
