Love destiny

For me, a soulmate is someone who will always be there for you. Someone who understand how and what you feel or someone who shares the same interest as u do. Well, I think I found my soulmate in the person of my husband because before I met him, I've been in few bad relationship.

I started a discussion like this before about soul mates, and I think that soul mates do not necessarily be your spouse, a soul mate can be anyone whom you can be yourself and pour out your emotions and whatever that is you are feeling at the moment without the fear of being judged or being condemned. That soul mate can be your mother, father, sister, brother, your best friend, or anyone whom you can feel attached to. I think if you are already married and you think you have found your soul mate in a person of another, then you can just be friends with that soul mate, and continue being in love with your spouse at the same time...

until today I have not been able to understand the meaning of the word "soul mate". To me it word nothing more than allegory of poets. Metaphor that may be difficult to apply in real life.
