Inactive Referrals

About twenty days ago I started a discussion to complain about my absolute failure in getting referrals, now I'm totally psychologically balanced!
Look at the guy in the attached picture!
He is the toppest referral getter in myLot with his over 6,000 referrals. But disappointedly, I checked his friend list, most of them had only 0 posts.
Why it is so difficult to get an active referrals?
How many myLotters are really active among the 212,565 registered members?

qianyun6 I think a lot of newcomers expect way too much way too soon and if they do not make a ton of money they pick up their toys and walk out and most of them could have had fun, made money for themselves and if they were referrals to the persons who referred them. but a lot just plain refuse to bother to read the guidelines and questions and answers and they make discussions not even knowing that they are breaking rules. so they do not make any money as their discussions get deleted so the persons who referred them do not make any money either. so as I said they get mad and just quit. sad but they do it to themselves.

I don't have referrals so, I rely on myself for any income from mylots. Perhaps you should email your referrals and teach them how to use mylots and what are the benefits by being active in mylots. Some might not well informed of the functionality in mylots, so I guess that should bring back some activities in your referrals listing soon.
