I don't know how Dell going to handle this misbehavior. I heard this rumor about Dell actually admitted that they sold over 10,000 of faulty computers to customers, and they allegedly know about the problem too. This is a really serious issue in regarding customer rights protection and quality issue. If this certainly a true statement, they will probably ruin their reputation. I would also doubt myself to purchase another Dell product until they prove their failing rate is improved. Have anyone heard something about this?

I am relieved that I never bought a Dell computer. It's too bad for all those people that have faulty computers. Did they say they were going to refund customers or fix their computers?

For that I didn't hear anything about it. But one thing for sure, they just ruin their reputation, and it happen since Michael Dell took his retirement too. So, Michael Dell has to take over the management again I guess to gain the trust of the customers.

Wait a moment, Kingparker! You "heard this rumor about Dell actually admitted that they sold over 10,000 of faulty computers to customers."?
The first thing I would ask would be 'What was the fault?' 10,000 computers is not actually a very large amount and if the fault actually was a random thing that COULD happen in the PCs in that batch but was not very likely, it would make a very big difference to the recall policy.
You can be very certain that Dell actually care about their customers and, once a particular fault is proved, are very ready to help everyone who has suffered as a result of that fault. It pays not to listen to rumours but to do your own research to find out the truth if there is any doubt.
