Greenlee really shouldn't have dropped the charges against Kendall

She made a deal with Ryan that she would drop the charges if he helped with some Fusion business. Then Erica knowing full well about the deal with Ryan sabotaged the Fusion deal that Ryan had helped with. So Greenlee should have felt no need to live up to her side either.

Yeah, but look what Kendall forgave her for, including taking off with Spike and almost getting him killed. For that reason alone, Greenlee should forgive Kendall.
