Clickbank and adwords display url help?

can anyone help me and tell me how can I promote my affiliate clickbank link through google adwords if my affiliate url is something like http://xvampire.worklawexp.hop.clickbank.net/ cause clearly I can't paste this url as display url, cause people will automatically ignore my ad as soon as they see it's a clickbank link, so please can anyone help me what can I do?
