What would you do if..??

OK.. so I've been following the case of Michigan vs. Pinkney Sr. which I'm sure most of you have heard about. In this case, Pinkney Sr. murdered his 15 year old son Pinkney Jr. for raping Pinkney Sr.'s 3 yr old daughter. The prosecutor in the case and everyone in the courtroom is trying to act like they wouldn't have even touched the 15 yr old initially... like they would've remained calm and handled things accordingly. I'm here to tell you if no one else will.. BS!! I would have BEAT THE BRAKES off of that kid... if I wouldn't have killed him with my bare hands.. he would've wished he was dead by the time I got done. My 3 yr old daughter???? To make it so bad... Pinkney Sr. lives with Pinkney Jr. and Pinkney Jr.'s mom. The 3 yr old has a different mom... meaning that her mom probably felt like "I sent my child with this man... trusted him with her life for her to be raped by her half brother??!" Undoubtedly, the way Pinkney Sr. killed Pinkney Jr. was wrong. He led him out of the apartment building.. made him strip naked and led him into an empty field where he made his son kneel down and he shot him execution-style, point blank, close range through his cheek and into his brain. That's a bit dramatic... however, no one truly knows how they would feel or react if they were placed in a situation like that. It's really sad because initially the son lied about it. The little girl was so smart to the point where she was trying to tell them what had happened... asking what boys have between their legs at 3 yrs old. Usually children that young don't tend to lie or fabricate about things like that at all. The ER doctor didn't detect anything at the hospital after examining her which made Pinkney Jr.'s story appear a little more believable.. but after continued suspicions and the daughter is checked a 2nd time by the Medical Examiner (I'm not sure whether this was before or after the killing). The Medical Examiner determined that she had been indeed touched. Her life is ruined. Even if Pinkney Jr. were alive, his life would be ruined and that whole family torn apart... that quickly. Pinkney Sr.'s lawyers were fighting for manslaughter but I honestly doubt that he will get that. Then they tried to cut him a deal for second degree murder... but if he doesn't accept that and is convicted... I have no clue where he will end up. What would YOU do if your 15 yr old son raped your 3 yr old daughter?? I definitely know what I would do. I would be sitting typing to you guys from behind a prison wall on a computer with access to the Internet lol.
