Cancer is a disease that doesnt have an exact cure, its treatable and some people do get rid of it but sometimes not everybody is that lucky. If you were diagnost with cancer what would you do, how do you think you would feel? And if it were a family member?

if I had a cancer, i must persevere, and try to find ways to cure cancer infected.. However.. if is it not successful, I will strive to continue living and fight cancer so that it does not spread to others sense... if one of our family infected cancer.. we will find the ways to heal the cancer it is true, not all cancer can be cured. but, before we get cancer, we better take precautionary measures such as preventive testing. Like they says, "Prevention is better than Healing"

I had basal cell carcinoma which is cancer but a type that doesn't spread. It is very disconcerting to get diagnosed with even a minor cancer. I had it surgically removed but it makes me paranoid about the other types of skin cancer that are out there.

I believe so. I smoke but sometimes i wonder if i will get cancer. Some people are lucky not to get it from smoking but still i have a better chance to get it then some healthy person. But it doesnt worry me to the point to stop smoking

We can prevent cancer by making some lifestyle changes. Live a healthy lifestyle is good but we are not guaranteed to be safe from cancer as well. It runs in our blood and awaits activation when there's a chance. It is pretty opportunistic. Hmmmm if I'll be diagnosed with cancer, it's SO MUCH PAIN that i'll feel, but I'll see to it that it will not overcome my whole being. I'll fight and become a survivor! If it's a family member, I'll do paliative care to alleviate inevitable pain.
