Should Modern day girls marry young?

I still cant make why do people always find a connection between career and marraige. unless you are a model in a fashion industry it shouldnt bother you much. There is no rule that marraige means a full stop to career. Its just a phase of life. I feel career oriented women will remain same ,before or after marriage
