Losing Your Drive/Spark

I guess you can say that yesterday I have a mini-breakdown. I was in an okay mood until I started thinking of my life and compared it to my friends' and what I thought it would be by now. All of a sudden, I began hysterically crying. I felt horrible about myself. Then I tried talking to my mom- she's the person I go to whenever I need to think aloud. While I was talking to her, I realized what scared me the most was the fact that I lost my drive. I've never been an aggressive person but I knew what I wanted and I acted accordingly. Lately, though, after so many let downs and disappointments, I have lost that drive. It's almost like I'm empty. My mom gave me a pep talk and gave me a some good advice. Now I'm feeling better and though I might not have a direction yet, I'm not as despondent as I was before. Have you ever lost your drive or spark? What did you do to regain it? Or have you regained it? How did/does it make you feel?
