My Mother hit three Cows.

My Mother and her two friends were driving to another town at 1:00am to take one of the other ladies to catch her train. It was foggy out and they went around a curve and bang. She hit one cow took out the head light and then it broke the side window my Mom got a scratch on her arm. Then she hit one in the rumb it ran off and then the last she wasn't sure. But it ran off. I ask her if she was ok. She said well, yes. Now she is 70.her one friend is 84 her other friend is 70 something. I asked her if she killed the cows she said well, Yes one it was laying in the ditch with it's legs in the air. The lady made it to her train. As a man in a truck took her and a nice couple followed him to make sure he didn't run off with her.
Now here is the Question. The reason she didn't call me was? I know I'm 152 miles from her but I would of been there in no time. I asked when I called her what is new and that is what I got.
I did laugh as the way she told me I couldn't help. it. Now the highway patrol pulled her over lastnight and asked her your not out to kill more cows are you? News travels fast upnorth in Minnesota. Have a SAFE and wonderful weekend

If it isn't deer it's cows! I know that when you travel around here you have to be very careful. My daughter from Arizona was recently here....she said when they got closer to the Midwest she told her family...time to start watching for deer!

Hi, onlydia. Wow! I am glad that she and her friends was not hurt at all that badly.
I know that my father-in-law ran into a reindeer once three years ago. The deer damaged his front bumper so bad until it was hanging all off. My fil still continued to drive his red car. It looked all tore and beaten up. I heard that he was speeding while driving. Those back roads can be a killer. I think that people should not drive so fast on these long deserted roads. They just may never know who may be traveling on the same path!
