if given a chance and if only I could turn the back the clock. I would rather choose the Education career. Being a mentor, teacher, or professor, would be most challenging job. Because once you've shared your ideas and knowledge to your teacher. Once they become a successful person on their field. You could say and somehow you would also be proud that you share your knowledge to them. So without a teacher, there will be no doctors, lawyers, engineers, managers and many more.
