I also recommend webs.com, I made my main blog/personal site using Webs.com and they have premade layouts or if you're good at CSS/HTML there's an option to build a layout from scratch, though they will require you to put a Freewebs button on every page of your website but I think it is worth it :)

I would recommend Webs.com because they have free hosting and it's really easy to create your own website and you can customize what pages you have and it's really easy. The website in my profile is from webs.com but it's a really great website to create a free website for yourself.
