Can someone please explain gaka genki

Hey there I am watching naruto, episode 83, but i got confused by a certain sentance in the film. Kakashi and Sasukues brother have a little battle, which Saskue's brother wins. He then says, "only someone with the Sharigan and the Gaka Genki can defeat me". But i thought the Sharigan was a Gaka Genki? I thought that Gaka Genki just meant blood trait, so what does he mean? Thanks

What he meant is that the Sharingan with a Uchiha blood is the only one that can defeat him because only the Uchiha clan can evolve their Sharingan more than twice. Kakashi's Sharingan can only achieve the 2nd level (which is his version of the Mangekyo Sharingan).

You are correct, fpsinja. I'm not sure what episode you are currently on and I don't want to spoil it for you so I'll explain only the basic Sharingan for you. A Sharingan is a eye that is past down each generation in the Uchiha clan, it's a inherited eye with special powers. Every inherited power is a kekkei genkai. The Sharingan that Kakashi has is not a Kekkei Genkai because he isn't a Uchiha. That's also the main reason why he conceals his Sharingan eye, as he can't deactivate it, and it consumes far too much of his chakra. The dots that you're talking about are called tomoes. One dot represents the weakest Sharingan, and as the user progresses they get 2 and finally 3 dots. There are completely new Sharingans after the basic Sharingan, but that's for another discussion. ahhh i see. And i assume that the "level" of the sharigan is represented by the number of dots on it, in the corners of the eyes?

hello,I`m a naruto fan too.I have watched naruto for a long time.And I have watched every chapter of naruto that has come out so far.I think Sharigan was classified into the better ones and the ordinary ones.But only a bit of men could inherit the better Sharigan-- phantoscope Sharigan.So the owner of this kind of Sharigan own the bigger strength.So the one who want to defeat Sasukues` brother must own the same Sharigan as his at list.

ah, so the sharigan that Kakashi owns is different comepare to that of sasukue/hiatchie uchiaha? And what about that weird blue eye thing, because that one is more powerful isnt it? Thanks

Kakashi was not one of the members of Family Uchiha,so that he could't free all the strength of the Sharigan.But sasukue/hiatchie uchiaha can.So it is impossible for Kakashi to beat the owner of the best Sharigan. Sharigan could change its appearance ,when the owner was fighting against others.So sometimes Sharigan might look weird and different and became more powerful.
