You did not mention if it is a disease, which is curable or not curable. You also did not mention if the disease is infectious or non-infectious. Let us assume he or she has deadly diseases like AIDS or HIV. Then I do not think that I should stick to the person for the rest of my life knowing that I would be risking my own life if I do so. If I happen to marry the person then I would be risking the life of my children too. I don't think I am prepared for that kind of sacrifice.

Just like others said...it all depends on the situation viz. kind of disease and nature of it, person responsible for it... If it's an uncanny situation then for sure I will be by her side...

I wouldn't leave just because of that because it would be cruel of me to do such act. Well those people you don't understand are thinking in a way that will benefit them in the long run.

Hi dear, Your question has some hidden facts. You didn't open the nature of decease. As you know, there are several type of deceases and many are curable and some are still dangerous. In case of dangerous disease, you know, it is dangerous and may lead to loss of the person also. And also, such diseases have its own reasons of origin. If the reasons for the disease are such a one, I think there is no matter leave the person may be girl or boy. Also, in this case, you are taking a risk of your own life, which people don't prefer to accept. And, a disease is a disease which requires treatment. Most of the disease can be treated with medical help and only due to the reason; there is no need of break apart. But someone is going for a new relationship, and they want to continue it is better to have a prior check up and go for the treatment before getting into the affair or relationship. This will save 2 different life. Also, knowing that a person has a disease for a long time and getting into a relationship means they are hiding the fact and purposively involve into it. In such case, you can easily avoid the partner only on this ground. Love and affection are different. Also, now-a-days, it is advised that if you want to go for an affair, have such discussions prior to go more in detail. Normally we won't like to discuss these things. But for a healthy relation in this world, such things are mandatory now, and if we do now, a healthy tomorrow can be maintained.
