In a Male to Male Homosexual relationship, are they both called Lover Boy?

With all due respect and modesty, this is just a curious question. In a Male to Male Homosexual relationship, are they both called Lover Boy? Lover Girl? Lover Gay? or what? And during engagement, do we call them fiancee also? What is the proper term to address them? Please help out.

it's better if they are called lovers. Lover gay sounds interesting but it would take a long time for people to get used to that word. Or gaylover sounds more fitting.
