Is is safe to invest money in bux PTCs such as Neobux and Onbux to purchase referrals?

Depending on which site you invest in will depend on if it's safe or not...Neobux has been known to pay for a few years now so I would say it would be safe to invest with them.

Moonchild as you said in your post it is safe to invest in neobux but others mylotters are not so keen on investing in neobux.

The less you know about something, the more "unsafe" it is. Likewise, if you are provided with little or no information, you should consider it "unsafe" as well. Whatever we tell you, you are pretty much where you are now. You are unsure of what you know.
Just be conservative with your attitude towards online moneymaking systems. This means you should not be putting your own money into anything. You should instead be focusing on how to put money into your own pocket.

If you are lucky then you will earn, but if you are not lucky you gonna have a good strategy to earn, but it will not be easy and you will gonna have to invest more money (for recycling).
