Which things attracts in cloth?

We know today's passion going toward the shortage cloth size & it's more seen in girls dresses. Do you thinks short cloth is really attracted than the simple & full body cloth like sari?

A lot depends on the girl wearing it,but I am quite happy to be able to watch realy cute women in short skirts and dresses,more so without pantyhose.lol
